Handbook Now Lives in the Advocate Portal Too

A few small handbook tweaks:

New advocate-portal handbook page. When a community publishes its handbook, advocates now see a “Handbook” item in their portal sidebar and can read the same content inside their logged-in experience — same body, no “Apply to join” CTA.
Public handbook URL stays public. /handbook on the community site continues to work for prospects who land there during application — that hasn’t changed.
FAQ section now uses advocate FAQs everywhere. Both the public and the advocate-portal handbook show the Advocate FAQs from the Library at the bottom of the page. (Previously the public page showed Prospect FAQs.) The Library page in the advocate portal still lists prospect-facing FAQs separately for advocates to reference when helping someone considering joining.

No admin action required. If your handbook is already published, advocates will see the new sidebar item the next time they log in.
