The inbox cards that show conversations and introductions had drifted apart visually — different padding, different badge placements, different shortcut hints. They now share a single card shell with:

Consistent layout — same hierarchy, same badge placement, same density across both card types
Unified keyboard shortcuts — the same keys do the same things on a conversation card as on an introduction card
Better legibility — clearer separation between the prospect, the latest message, and the available actions

No admin action required.
