FAQ Answers Now Support Rich Text

FAQ answers were plain text, which is fine for one-line answers but limiting for anything that needs structure. They now use the same rich text editor as the rest of the platform — supporting headings, lists, links, bold/italic, and tables. Long-form answers, multi-step instructions, and resource links all render properly.

No admin action required. Existing FAQ answers render unchanged.
