Inbox cards flag when we're awaiting verification

Before, an inbox conversation card whose prospect hadn’t verified yet still said “Awaiting Ellen” — naming the advocate, even though the conversation actually couldn’t move forward until the prospect verified.

• Verification pending — when the conversation is still pending and the prospect hasn’t verified their phone or email, the pill now reads “Awaiting Rumi’s Verification”, matching the existing “Remind to Verify” action.
• Reply pending — once the prospect is verified, the pill reads “Awaiting Ellen’s Reply” or “Awaiting Rumi’s Reply” depending on who messaged last, making the action clearer than the previous bare first name.
• Introductions — introduction cards follow the same pattern: “Awaiting Sarah’s Verification” until the prospect verifies, then “Awaiting Sarah’s Reply”.

No admin action required.
