Find a place suggests nearby venues first

Typing a venue or street name into Find a place used to rank matches from anywhere in the world equally, so “Main Street” could surface the wrong city.

• Private events are ranked around the host advocate’s own location (never the public map location), whether the advocate schedules it or an admin does from the conversation.
• Public events are ranked around where the admin appears to be.

It’s a ranking bias only — every match is still available further down the list.
