New Speedy Replier tag highlights advocates who reply fast

Your fastest advocates now get recognized automatically.

A built-in Speedy Replier tag — every community has it. Stoked adds it to advocates who consistently reply to prospects within your threshold (by default, 80% of replies within 4 waking hours), and removes it when they slow down.
Your rules — on the tag’s page (Settings → Tags → Advocate Tags → Speedy Replier), choose how fast counts (15 minutes to 24 hours, or Off), whether follow-ups count, how many days to look back, the minimum number of replies, what share of replies must be within the limit, and a cap on the share of advocates who can have it (the fastest 10% by default).
Live preview — as you adjust the rules, see how many advocates would qualify and who. Most communities aim for 5–15%.
Stays current — recomputed hourly while advocates are replying and daily for everyone. Hours outside your active hours don’t count against anyone.
Admins only by default — the tag starts as Internal. Change its name, color, icon or visibility whenever you like; it can’t be deleted or assigned by hand.
On the Reply Speed report — advocates with the tag are marked, with a link to the rules.
