Reminder banner when a prospect's phone isn't verified

A prospect who has a phone number on file that hasn’t been verified now sees a banner on the community site prompting them to verify it — mirroring the existing email-verification banner.
This catches the cases the verification redirect alone could miss (e.g. changing both email and phone at once, or leaving the verify step), so prospects don’t silently go without text reminders.
No admin action required.
