Waiver signing now captures a required email address

The public waiver-signing form now always collects an email address, so every signed waiver is tied to a contactable email.

  • Required + validated — signers must enter a valid email address before they can review and sign.
  • Prefilled and locked when on file — if we already have an email for the member, it’s filled in for them and locked so it stays consistent with their record.
  • Saved for next time — when a member signs without an email on file, the address they enter is saved to their record (unverified) so it’s there going forward.

No admin action required.
