Get notified in your inbox when a waiver is signed

When a prospect signs a waiver inside a conversation, you no longer have to go looking for it. Stoked now resurfaces that conversation in your inbox and alerts you through whichever notification channels you’ve set up.

Surfaced in your inbox — the signed waiver rides along on the conversation’s existing inbox entry. If you’d already archived or snoozed that conversation, signing brings it back so it’s in front of you again.
Alerts on your channels — if you have email, Slack, or Campfire notifications configured for your inbox, you’ll get a “Waiver signed” alert. If you haven’t set up any channels, nothing changes — the conversation just re-surfaces silently.
The conversation timeline shows it too — a “waiver signed” entry appears right in the conversation, so the context is where you’d expect it.
Admins only — advocates are not notified. Acknowledging is just archiving the conversation, exactly like today.

Previews and waivers signed outside of a conversation don’t trigger inbox notifications.

No action required. If you’d like email, Slack, or Campfire alerts, configure them in your inbox notification settings.
