AI can suggest tags for new advocate applications

There is a new AI tag suggestions switch under Settings > AI Assistance. It is off by default and available on all plans.

Both switches - AI only suggests a tag if the tag also has AI can suggest ticked in tag settings.
What AI reads - The applicant’s answers, testimonial, and their own tag picks, plus each tag’s names and descriptions. It is never sent their name, email, phone, address or location, photo, or uploaded media.
Review - Suggestions show an AI label and a short reason next to Accept and Dismiss, on the application page and inbox card. Approving never waits for AI.
What it skips - Tags the applicant picked, tags you already dismissed, and tags a returning advocate already has. It never suggests removing a tag.
After you decide - If you approve first, suggestions move to the new advocate’s tag suggestion card. If you reject, they are discarded. Nothing is tagged until you accept or approve.
Turning it off - Suggestions awaiting review are deleted. Reviewed ones stay as a record with the reason erased. Tags already added stay.

The reason counts as the applicant’s personal data. It is erased with the application on a deletion request and included in data exports.
