Reply Speed in the API, and an All time period

Feature

Week of September 30, 2026

The Reply Speed report from Operations can now be pulled through the Stoked API, so advocate responsiveness can sit next to your other KPIs instead of being read off the portal.

  • GET /analytics/reply_speed — one record per ranked advocate, fastest first, with their rank, first-reply count and median, follow-up count and median, and the composite score the ranking sorts by, all in seconds. Ask for one of the report’s named periods with filter[period], or any custom window with filter[since] and filter[until]. The weighting defaults to the one saved on the portal’s report and can be overridden with filter[weighting]. Each record links to its advocate; names stay in the Advocates API.
  • The report’s Period dropdown in the admin portal gains an All time option, which the API also accepts as filter[period]=all_time.
  • The endpoint sits under the existing analytics permission, so a key that already has it needs no change.
