Offer views and clicks now appear in the conversation timeline

Offer engagement now surfaces inside the conversation itself, not just in the per-offer analytics table. When a prospect clicks the offer link the advocate shared, the conversation timeline gets a quiet grey marker showing what happened and when.

  • Opened your offer — fires the first time the prospect lands on the offer page from the conversation. Subsequent refreshes don’t add new markers.
  • Clicked Shop — fires the first time the prospect clicks through to your store URL from the offer page.

Both markers are visible to admins and to the conversation’s advocate. Prospects don’t see them on their own side. Direct opens of the offer URL outside of a conversation (for example, advocates sharing their link via social media) don’t create timeline markers — those still count toward the per-advocate analytics totals.

This pairs with the existing analytics under Settings → Offers → [offer name]: the aggregate table still counts every view and click, while the timeline beats highlight first engagement inline with the conversation history.
