Quiet hours now apply to nearly every prospect
ImprovementWeek of November 7, 2026
Stoked waits to send reminders and other scheduled texts until the recipient’s active hours, based on their timezone. Until now, a prospect only had a timezone if they had signed in or verified on your community site, so most prospects had none, and their texts went out whenever they were triggered, including overnight.
- Prospects now get a timezone when they send their first message or open an introduction link, not only when they verify.
- Prospects an admin adds, imports, or who only ever text are given a best-guess timezone from where they last visited your site or, failing that, their phone number’s area code. It’s replaced with their real timezone the next time they message, sign in, or open an introduction link from their browser.
- Existing prospects and advocates without a timezone have been filled in the same way.
- Because more prospects now have a timezone, their local time also shows on inbox cards.
