Filter advocates by map visibility + filter prospects by SMS opt-out

Two small upgrades to the admin search screens to surface state that used to be hard to find.

Visibility section in the advocate Status dropdown — narrow to advocates who are Visible on Map or Not Visible on Map, in addition to filtering by active/pending/inactive status. Useful for finding active advocates who are intentionally hidden from the community map.
SMS section in the prospect Status dropdown — narrow to prospects who are SMS Opted In or SMS Opted Out. Pairs naturally with the STOP keyword interception shipped yesterday — you can now quickly pull a list of everyone who has paused SMS.
Scope-relative counts — every dropdown count now reflects the other filters you’ve already applied. If you’ve narrowed to a specific tag, the Status counts show how many records of that tag are in each status, not the community-wide totals. Click an option and the count is what you’ll actually see.
