Conversation auto-refresh restored to 30 seconds

The Messages panel on conversation pages now reliably refreshes every 30 seconds, matching the originally documented behavior — and the same auto-refresh now applies on the community admin conversation view as well.

Everywhere conversations show — admin, advocate, and prospect conversation pages all poll on the same 30-second cadence, so new messages appear without a manual reload.
Frame-only refresh — only the messages panel reloads; the rest of the page stays put, including sidebar actions and any draft you’re typing.

No admin action required.
