New: Location Report in Settings
FeatureWeek of May 20, 2026
A new Reports section is now available in Settings, starting with the Location Report.
Each advocate has two locations on file: their private mailing address (used internally) and their public profile location (the pin on your community map). They normally match, but they can drift apart — for example after a CSV import, when an advocate updates their mailing address but not their public profile, or when a pin gets manually dragged away from the original address.
The Location Report walks through all your advocates and lists anyone whose two locations are further apart than a threshold you pick:
- Threshold dropdown — More than 5, 10, 25 (default), 50, or 100 miles
- Each row shows — advocate name, status (Active / Pending / Inactive), distance in miles, both addresses side-by-side, and quick-edit links to fix the profile or the advocate record
- Missing data is flagged separately — if an advocate is missing their private location, public location, or either set of GPS coordinates, they appear at the top of the report regardless of threshold, with a note explaining what’s missing
The report runs live against your community’s data — no setup or scheduled job needed. Find it under Settings → Reports → Location Report.
No admin action required.
