Advocate tag message prompts now save

The Message Prompt field on an advocate tag was not being saved. Anything typed into it was dropped, and saving the tag for any other reason cleared the prompt.

Prompts save — a message prompt entered when adding or editing an advocate tag under Settings > Tags > Advocate Tags is now kept.
Editing a tag keeps its prompt — changing a tag’s name, color, or description no longer clears its message prompt.

If a tag’s message prompt is empty, open the tag and enter it again.
