Advocates can suggest tags for their profile

Advocates can now suggest tags for their own profile. Tags stay in your control: every suggestion needs an admin’s approval, and nothing is applied automatically.

Turn it on per tag - Advocate tags have a new Advocates can suggest setting under Settings > Tags. It is off by default and not available on internal tags.
Advocate site - When at least one tag allows suggestions, the Tags row on the advocate’s Profile page has a Suggest changes link.
Review in the inbox - Each advocate with pending suggestions gets one card under the new Tag suggestions filter. Approve or dismiss each suggestion, or use Approve all. The card sends no notifications.
AI can suggest - A second setting is reserved for upcoming AI suggestions. It does nothing yet.

Both settings are included in configuration export and import. Files without them import as off.
