Prospect Timezone Now Captured and Surfaced to Admins

A common admin question — “is now a reasonable time to reach out?” — used to require guessing. We now capture each prospect’s timezone at sign-in (from the Cloudflare geo headers) and surface it across the admin site:

Prospect detail page — local time and timezone listed under contact info
Inbox introduction and conversation cards — local time shown next to the prospect’s name
Introduction and Conversation detail pages — timezone visible in the prospect details card

This is especially useful for advocates serving customers across regions or internationally. Existing prospects get a timezone the next time they sign in.

No admin action required.
