SMS Consent Decoupled from Terms & Privacy

Carriers (via Twilio’s A2P 10DLC enforcement, error 30896) now require SMS consent to be a separate, explicit opt-in — not bundled with agreeing to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Sign-up and verification flows have been updated:

Separate checkbox for “I agree to receive SMS messages” alongside the existing Terms/Privacy agreement
Existing flows continue to work, with the unbundled checkbox now required where SMS is involved
No retroactive change to existing advocates or prospects — this affects new opt-ins going forward

No admin action required.
