Admin Forms Keep Your Edits + Cleaner Required-Field Indicators

Two small but high-leverage polish fixes for the community admin forms:

• Form state survives validation errors. Previously, when a form failed validation (e.g., you typed an invalid email on a prospect, hit Save, and got an error), other fields on the form silently reverted to the last-saved version — so corrections often meant re-typing things you’d already entered. Now your in-progress edits stick around when the form re-renders. Affects forms across the admin site including prospects, wallet configurations, activity definitions, canned responses, tags, close reasons, FAQs, custom icons, waivers, storefronts, and library items.
• No more misleading asterisk on optional Address Line 1. The new advocate form was rendering Address Line 1 with a red required-field asterisk, even though the address is optional. The asterisk is gone; the field stays optional.

No admin action required.
