Quick Replies just got smarter for your advocates

Quick Replies now help advocates pick the right message at the right moment — without hunting for a hidden button.

Up to two suggested replies, pinned to the composer — as a conversation unfolds, the most relevant quick replies (up to two) appear above the message box for one-tap insertion. When nothing’s a clear fit, none are shown and advocates just use the full list. They refresh as the conversation continues.
“More” and type “/” — advocates can open the full list any time from the More button, or by typing / in the composer to search.
Icons — each quick reply shows an icon, so they’re faster to scan.
Smart matching — a fast AI model ranks your quick replies for the current moment, using each reply’s description and (optional) AI instructions. It only ever suggests replies you’ve created — it never writes its own.

No admin action required. To make suggestions sharper, add a short AI instructions note to your quick replies describing when each should be used.
