New Reply Speed Report — see your fastest (and slowest) responders

A new report under Settings → Reports ranks your advocates by how quickly they reply to prospect messages. Useful for spotting the standouts, identifying advocates who may need a nudge, or celebrating squad-week MVPs.

Speediest Repliers — the fastest 20 advocates in the selected window, ranked by a composite of their first-reply and follow-up medians.
Slowest Repliers — the slowest 20 (only shown when more than 20 advocates qualified, to avoid double-listing the same people).
Configurable weighting — choose how heavily first replies count vs. follow-ups: equal, 3×, 5×, 10×, or first-reply-only. Default is equal weight, so opening speed and steady back-and-forth count the same.
Per-advocate night-time exclusion — quiet hours (10pm – 7am) are read in each advocate’s own time zone, so an advocate in Pacific time isn’t penalized for a reply that lands in their early evening.
Calendar and rolling windows — last 7 / 14 / 30 / 90 / 365 days, or “This year” / “Last year”.

Inactive and deleted advocates are excluded from both lists. Only advocates who replied to a new conversation in the window appear (so people who only sent follow-ups don’t rank).
