Returning customers go straight to verification when sending a message

Sending a message as a returning customer is smoother — and just as safe.

  • No more login detour — a customer whose phone or email is already verified now goes straight to the verification step after sending, instead of being bounced to a separate login page.
  • Still fully protected — the message is held and only reaches the advocate after the customer enters a fresh code sent to their own phone or email, so no one can send on someone else’s behalf.

No admin action required.
