Security Hardening Across the Platform

We ran four security audit passes across the platform and resolved every finding — 28 in total. The fixes span authentication, authorization, data scoping, and request validation. Nothing visible changes for admins or advocates, but the platform is meaningfully harder to misuse than it was last week.
