Inline Helper Text on Advocate Profile Fields

Advocates editing their profile sometimes ask “where does this show up?” or “what’s the difference between these two fields?” Each profile edit field now carries a short line of helper text underneath, explaining what it’s for and where it appears (public profile, admin-only, search, etc.). Less guessing, fewer mistakes.
