Per-Wallet Activity History + CSV Export

Two updates to how wallets work, for both sides of the platform:

Advocates: per-wallet activity history. Each wallet now has its own activity feed showing every credit, debit, and adjustment over time — not just the running balance. Advocates can see exactly how their rewards have moved.
Admins: CSV export of wallet activity. Wallet activity can now be exported to CSV from the admin site for accounting, reconciliation, or sharing with finance.
Admins: wallet visibility controls. Per-wallet visibility settings let you choose which wallet types appear to which advocates — useful when an experimental reward type isn’t ready for everyone yet.

No admin action required. Visibility defaults preserve existing behavior.
