See and filter advocates by SMS opt-out

Following advocate SMS opt-out support, you can now see and manage it across the admin and advocate experiences — mirroring what already exists for prospects.
- Filter the advocate list — the Status filter on the advocates page now includes SMS Opted In and SMS Opted Out, each with a live count. You can also type
sms:opted_outin the search box. - Conversation history — when an advocate texts STOP or START, an admin-only note is recorded on each of their conversations, so the timeline reflects when SMS was paused or resumed.
- Advocate banner — an opted-out advocate sees a banner on their site letting them know SMS is paused and how to reply START to resume; their conversations and email keep working.
No admin action required.
