Tag names no longer repeat their group

A tag’s name no longer repeats its group. A tag that used to be named model/q45 inside the Model group is now just q45.

CSV exports, the API, and admin search still show the full path, model/q45, so existing integrations and saved searches see no change for tags like this one.

Tag names only need to be unique within their own group now, so two different groups can each have a tag named dealer.

A small number of tags were sorted into a group by hand rather than through their name. 17 tags in two communities now show with their group in front in exports and the API, where they previously showed without one.

Older CSV and configuration files still import correctly.
