Manage tag groups directly, with recommended tag counts

You can now manage tag groups directly instead of relying on the group Stoked picks from a tag’s name.

Manage Groups: on Settings > Tags, each tag type (Advocate, Prospect, Conversation, Introduction) has a Manage Groups button. Add a group with a name and display name, edit it, reorder groups with the up and down arrows, or delete a group once it has no tags left in it.
Group picker on every tag: adding or editing a tag now requires choosing its group. Moving a tag to another group does not rename it, and the tag lands at the bottom of its new group.
Empty groups are listed: a group with no tags yet appears on the tags page as soon as you add it. “General” appears only once it has a tag in it.
Recommended minimum and maximum: set an optional recommended range for how many of a group’s tags each advocate, prospect, conversation, or introduction should have. This is guidance only; nothing is ever blocked. A group’s edit page shows how many records currently fall outside the range.
Export and import: configuration export and import now carry your tag groups along with your tags.

Only admins who can manage settings can see or change groups.
