Tags are now organized into groups

Tags are now organized into groups on Settings > Tags.

Groups come from the tag name — a tag named type/dealer is grouped under Type, using the part of the name before the slash. Tags without a slash fall into a General group; a few tags were sorted into groups by hand. The group is set when a tag is created; renaming a tag does not move it.
Group headings — the tags list now shows tags under their group heading instead of one flat list.
Reordering stays within a group — the up and down arrows move a tag within its group rather than through the whole list.

Tag order is now group first, then tag within the group, so the order shown may have shifted slightly in a small number of communities. Tag names, colors, and which advocates, prospects, or conversations have a tag are unchanged.
