Advocates joining your community — especially those migrated in bulk from another platform — now get a clear picture of what’s left to complete on their profile.

Checklist instead of generic links — the welcome banner on the advocate site now lists concrete steps: add a profile photo, tell people about yourself, add a phone number, and share a testimonial. Each step links straight to the right edit page.
Tracks real progress — steps an advocate has already completed (say, a photo that came over in an import) show as checked off, so they only see what’s actually missing.
Respects your community’s setup — the testimonial step only appears when testimonials are enabled for your community.
Handbook and public profile links stay — quick links to the handbook and the advocate’s public profile remain in the banner.

The banner still appears until the advocate dismisses it. No admin action required.
