Replying to an introduction no longer fails after a lost session

Fix

Week of August 9, 2026

Some prospects opened an introduction link, wrote their reply, and hit an error page when they submitted it. The cause was a lost session cookie between loading the page and sending the message — common in privacy-focused browsers that clear cookies, and after a session simply expires. The message was never delivered.

Replying now uses the introduction link itself as the credential: the prospect is signed back in automatically, the conversation starts as expected, and they land in it ready to keep chatting.
