Searching a city with its state now goes where you asked

Location search leans toward places near the visitor, which is what you want for a bare name — searching franklin from Milwaukee should find the Franklin down the road, not Franklin County, Texas.
That lean was overriding explicit searches too. A visitor near Washington, DC searching boston, MA got Boston, Pennsylvania — a community of about 150 people outside Pittsburgh — because it sat inside the local search area and Boston, Massachusetts didn’t. The nearby-advocate list then correctly listed the advocates closest to that Boston.
Naming a state or province now turns the local bias off: boston, MA, springfield, IL and arlington, TX go exactly where you asked, from anywhere. Searches without one keep their local lean, unchanged.
