Emails now show up in the Message Log
ImprovementWeek of August 10, 2026
The Message Log has only ever shown texts. Emails your community sent — a reward notification, an inbox alert, an email verification code — went out with no record in the admin portal, so “did she get the email?” had no answer you could look up.
Emails are now logged the same way texts are. Search in Operations → Message Log and emails appear next to texts, with the subject line and the send time. Wallet reward emails and verification codes are tied to the person who received them, and wallet emails also show on the advocate’s own message log, linked to the credit or debit that triggered them.
Two things to know:
- Email rows show as Sent, not Delivered. We record that the email left Stoked; bounce and open tracking isn’t wired up yet.
- Inbox alerts go to the notification addresses you’ve configured rather than to a person, so those rows aren’t tied to an advocate or prospect.
Separately, the Credit Wallet and Debit Wallet forms used to say nothing when reward email notifications were switched off — you’d credit an advocate and quietly nobody was emailed. Both forms now say so, with a link straight to the setting.
