AI conversation summaries in the inbox

Admins can now catch up on any conversation at a glance. Each conversation card in the inbox shows an AI summary panel next to the recent messages, with two parts:

Who & what — the durable facts: who the prospect is, where they are, what they’re interested in, and any constraints they’ve mentioned.
Status — where the conversation stands right now: the latest ask, decision, or next step.

Summaries update automatically a few minutes after new messages arrive and stay current as the conversation evolves. Long threads get the same short, readable recap as new ones.

No admin action required.
