Quick replies now let you choose the icon shown beside them in lists and in the advocate’s chat.

Icon picker — when you add or edit a quick reply, pick from a curated set of icons (gift, calendar, ticket, heart, and more).
Optional — leave it on Default and the reply shows a neutral message icon. The icon is always your choice, never guessed.

No admin action required.
