AI summaries name people and lead with outcomes

Conversation summaries in the inbox and on the conversation page got sharper:

• People are named — summaries now say “Mary (Advocate)” and “John (Prospect)” instead of a generic “the advocate” or “the prospect”.
• Status leads with the outcome — when the newest messages decide, schedule, purchase, or decline something, the status says exactly that instead of restating an earlier plan.
• Close reasons inform the summary — a conversation closed by a person with a reason treats that reason as the final outcome; an auto-closed conversation says the thread went quiet rather than guessing at an ending.

No admin action required. Existing summaries update the next time a conversation gets a message.
