Keyboard shortcut to send a message works reliably

Fix

In a conversation, Cmd+Enter sends the message you’re typing. After logging in, the shortcut could stop working until you reloaded the page. It now works every time.

Ctrl+Enter now sends messages too, so the shortcut works on Windows and Linux as well as Mac.
