The AI summary that sits alongside every conversation now includes a sentiment read for each side of the thread, so you can spot a conversation that needs attention without reading every message.
- Two-sided sentiment — the prospect’s messages and the advocate’s messages are scored separately, so you can tell an unhappy prospect from a curt advocate.
- Red / yellow / green at a glance — negative shows red, neutral yellow, and positive green, right under the summary in the inbox and on the conversation page.
- Refreshes with the summary — sentiment updates on the same schedule as the rest of the AI summary as new messages come in.
