Wallet accuracy and privacy hardening

A round of correctness and privacy fixes across advocate wallets, messaging, and data erasure. No admin action required.

Exact wallet amounts — fractional credits/debits/resets (e.g. $19.99) are now rounded to the nearest cent instead of being truncated down a penny. The same correction applies to activity reward amounts, so a $19.99 reward now credits $19.99 every time it’s approved.
Safer wallet resets — submitting a reset with an empty balance or lifetime field now shows an error instead of setting the wallet to zero.
Clearer duplicate-contact errors — editing a member’s phone number to one already used by someone else in your community now shows a plain error message.
No accidental double-approval — approving an activity twice in quick succession (a double-click) no longer rewards it twice.
Reliable wallet balances — two wallet adjustments landing at the same moment can no longer overwrite each other, so the balance always reflects both.
More reliable reply routing — inbound message replies are always matched within the correct community.
More complete data erasure — erasing a person now also removes their analytics IP address, approximate location, device details, and the browser identifiers that linked their visits together, and stops those contact details from being retained elsewhere. Visitor counts in your analytics are unaffected.
Tighter staff-access audit trail — ending an impersonation session by logging out is now recorded like every other exit.
